Providing new leaders with the tools they need to successfully lead their operations is important. ADRA is committed to providing a range of tools to assist this transition for new leadership. These tools are currently under re-development, but will be in the form of:

  1. Revised operations manual – due for release end-2019
  2. Regionally-based management orientation workshops
  3. Suite of e-learning courses for new managers
